Longest Salad Bar, which was 180 yards long. The HV Food Products
Company conducted the event May 27 in New York City's Central
Park. The event helped conclude of 5 A Day Across the USA(tm),
the Foundation's week-long effort to educate consumers about
eating more fruits and vegetables.
